About these terms

These terms apply to the Honey Creators informational website. Honey Creators provides agent support for brands and creators to coordinate campaigns. Contact us at raihan@honeycreators.com about these terms or the service.

A campaign’s agreed contract and brief set out its commercial arrangements. These website terms do not replace those agreements or commit you to a paid campaign simply by browsing or sending an enquiry. If a campaign agreement conflicts with these terms on a campaign-specific matter, the campaign agreement takes priority.

Campaigns and approvals

The campaign brief and agreement should record the work, deliverables, posting dates, creator pay and any agreed content usage. Showing interest in an offer is not a substitute for the campaign agreement. Confirm questions or changes with your agent before carrying out work.

Creators can submit multiple videos for review. Each video can be reviewed independently, and any revisions are agreed directly with the agent or brand. The notification examples are illustrative. This website does not provide access to a campaign workspace or process payments.

Content and permissions

You retain the rights you hold in material you share with us. You give Honey Creators permission to store, display and share it with the agents and authorised campaign participants who need access to coordinate and review that campaign.

Sharing or approving material does not, by itself, give a brand unrestricted ownership, advertising rights or permission to reuse it outside the campaign agreement. Usage channels, duration, editing, paid advertising and any additional fees should be agreed separately.

Share only material you have permission to use and share. Campaign participants are responsible for the accuracy of their own content and for complying with applicable advertising, intellectual property and privacy requirements. Sponsored content must be clearly identified as advertising where required.

Invoices and creator pay

Campaign fees and payment schedules are agreed for each campaign. A brand may receive an upfront invoice, instalment invoices, a final invoice or a combination. Each issued invoice states its amount and due date. Payments are made by bank transfer using the details on the invoice.

Creators are shown their agreed pay after commission. Agents release creator payouts manually; once released, payment is due within seven days. Adding a live post link does not automatically issue a brand invoice or release a creator payout. Ask your agent if any pay, invoice or payment status appears incorrect.

Changes and cancellation

To change or cancel a campaign after work has been arranged, contact your agent promptly. Any fees, payment for work already agreed or completed, and cancellation arrangements are governed by the campaign agreement and applicable law.

Tell your agent about changes that affect the work or posting schedule.

Confidentiality and privacy

Keep unpublished briefs, submissions, campaign figures and other confidential material within the people authorised to work on the campaign. Do not publish or reuse another participant’s private information without permission or another lawful basis. Our privacy notice explains how Honey Creators uses personal information.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website available and information accurate, but maintenance, technical problems and third-party services can sometimes interrupt access. Let us know about problems so we can investigate. Keep a copy of important campaign files and contact your agent if a deadline is affected.

Campaign outcomes depend on many factors, and no particular number of views, clicks or sales is guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. We remain responsible for obligations we undertake in your agreement and under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions, disputes and updates

Contact raihan@honeycreators.com with any concern about the service. Please include the relevant campaign or invoice so we can investigate. These terms do not prevent you from using any complaint process or legal remedy available to you.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. We will show the revised date and bring significant changes to your attention where appropriate. Updating this page does not retrospectively change an existing campaign agreement without the agreement required to do so.
