A few useful answers.

The details, before you get started.

How much does a campaign cost?

The price depends on the brief, creators, deliverables and usage rights. You agree the scope and campaign price with your agent before proceeding. Your agent agrees the payment schedule with you, including upfront, instalment or final invoices.

Is there a minimum spend?

Tell us your scope and timing on the kickoff call. Your agent will confirm what is possible and the price for the proposed campaign.

How do you choose creators?

We shortlist around your brief, audience and deliverables. Creators read the brief and agree to the fee before being shared with you. You decide which creators to approve.

How long does it take?

Timing depends on the brief, creator availability and posting dates. We agree a schedule together and record the dates in your campaign brief.

Do we see content before it goes live?

Yes. Creators share drafts for your feedback. Agree any revisions directly with your agent.

Who owns the content? Can we reuse it?

Usage rights, reuse and any paid advertising should be agreed in the campaign contract before content is made. Discuss the channels and usage period you need with your agent.

What if a post underperforms?

Your weekly updates show the figures, what happened and the next steps to discuss with your agent. Agreed deliverables and any performance commitments belong in the campaign agreement.

How and when do we pay?

Your agent agrees the schedule with you. Campaigns can use upfront, instalment or final invoices, each with its own amount and due date. Payment is by bank transfer.

Can we cancel a campaign?

Speak to your agent before changing agreed work. Any cancellation arrangements follow your campaign agreement.
